Proventus
6 months from audit to a brand its team can actually run
Proventus had outgrown its origins in software development, but the brand still described the older company. With no brand book, every channel looked like a different firm — and the website carried credibility without carrying a story.
We ran the audit, then rebuilt from the inside out: workshops to find what actually set them apart, two complete concepts rather than variations on one, a photoshoot in the Oslo office to put the real team into the brand, and a full brand system rolled out across the website, social, presentations and client material.
Then the part most agencies skip. We onboarded the brand into how the company runs: templates, checklists and policies, a social media kit, and an email generation tool built on Power Automate — so the team produces on-brand communication without going back to a designer every time.
- Relevance — the brand now describes the services they actually sell
- Consistency — one design system across every channel and document
- Conversion — redesigned flows, clearer messaging, and new case studies written to carry the proof
The relationship did not stop at the parent company. Two of the engagements below — Tidi and Tjenesteshop — are Proventus ventures we worked on separately.
“CMO Partners delivered more than we hoped for, guiding us through the entire journey with professionalism and care. The process was clear and engaging, and the outcome exceeded our expectations.”
