Privacy.
Short, because there is little to describe. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads no third‑party scripts.
What this site collects.
Nothing through your browser. There is no analytics, no tag manager, no advertising pixel and no cookie banner — because there are no cookies to consent to. Every font and image is served from this domain, so loading a page does not tell any third party that you visited.
Our host, Vercel, keeps standard server logs to deliver and protect the site. Those logs include IP addresses and are handled by Vercel as our processor.
If you email us.
We keep the correspondence so we can answer it and, if we end up working together, so we have a record of what was agreed. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not sell or share your details.
If you use a form.
A few pages carry an enquiry form. What you type is posted to this domain and then forwarded by our server to a private Telegram group that only our team can read, so that whoever is free picks it up first. That makes Telegram a processor for the contents of the message. Nothing about the form runs in your browser beyond sending it — there is still no third-party script on the page, and submitting tells no advertising network anything.
We use it to answer you and for nothing else. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry you chose to send, and taking steps at your request before a possible contract — which is why there is no consent box to tick.
Your rights.
Under GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to office@cmopartners.co and we will action it. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to Datatilsynet, the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.
