Member platforms for clubs,
associations and communities.

A medlemssystem for Norwegian associations, business clubs and professional communities. It replaces the spreadsheet or medlemsregister you keep today. Members sign in, pay with Vipps, book events and get reminders in Telegram and email. You manage it from one admin panel.

What is inside.

Take the modules you need. Each one works on its own and with the others.

  • Member portal

Members sign in with a one-time email link. A first steps checklist guides new members. It installs on the phone: see mobile app development.

  • Tiers and Vipps payments

Several membership tiers, a monthly option, a corporate invoice. Pause a month, gift a month, upgrade with a top-up. See Vipps integration.

  • Events, tickets and QR check-in

Sign-up inside the portal, a list of who is going, a waitlist when all seats are taken. A membership card with a QR code for check-in at the door.

  • Telegram bot

Reminders, ratings, payments and staff approvals. See Telegram bot development.

  • Email and renewals

26 email templates. The team gets a renewal list at 60, 30, 7 and 0 days and 7 days after, each person once. Mailings follow each member’s news setting.

  • Admin panel with audit log

Registrations, members, events, offers, news and programmes. A personal login for each team member and a log of who changed what. QR scan check-in, manual payments, refunds, CSV export.

  • Member directory

  • Partner offers

A page of discounts from partners. NCUA has 14.

  • Knowledge base

Books, films and materials for members.

  • Referral programme

A friend's first event is free. The member who invited them gets one extra month when the friend pays for a year.

  • GDPR and data in the EU

The member database runs in the EU. A member can only read their own rows. QR check-in uses secret tokens, not member numbers. Privacy policy, sales terms and right of withdrawal are in place.

In production: Nordic Club UA

One platform, built with the NCUA team.

Result: the club saves 10 hours of admin a week.

Nordic Club UA is a Ukrainian professional and business community in Norway, active since January 2025. The project took two months, and the platform went live in October 2026.

We build and run the platform with NCUA. Today it runs 26 email templates and three scheduled jobs that work in the background.

“The team was delighted with the work. We did a big piece of work together.”

Vasyl Kravchuk, Chair of the Board, Nordic Club UA (translated from Ukrainian)

We built the platform together with the NCUA team and Vasyl Kravchuk. We keep building it.

How a project runs.

  1. 01

    Map your members

We map how members join, pay and take part today. We find what you do by hand and what a system can do.

  2. 02

    Choose the modules

You pick the modules that matter first. We plan the rest for later.

  3. 03

    Build and move your data

We build, test the payments and emails, and move your member list and your old pages with redirects.

  4. 04

    Run it

We stay on to keep it running and to add modules.

Questions we get.

Who is a member platform for?

Associations (foreninger), business clubs, professional communities and other groups with members who join, pay and take part in events.

Do we need all the modules?

No. Most groups start with the portal, payments and events. We add the rest when you need it.

Can members pay with Vipps?

Yes. Memberships use Vipps Recurring and guest tickets use Vipps ePayment. Large amounts can go on an invoice. Vipps Recurring has a documented ceiling of 20 000 NOK.

Where is the data stored?

The member database runs in the EU. At NCUA it is in Ireland. A member can only read their own rows. Services such as email and Telegram process some data under EU standard clauses.

Can we move from our old website and member list?

Yes. NCUA moved from a website builder to a new site with permanent page-to-page redirects, so Google moves the ranking. The member list came from Notion.

Is it a ready product or a custom build?

At NCUA we built it for their needs, together with their team. We start from how your organisation works and build the modules that fit.
