CMO Studio is a platform for the services your website and app run on. The first product is Mail: order confirmations, sign-in links and notifications, sent from your own domain through one API. Hosting, Database and Storage are on the way.

What Mail does.
The email your customers wait for: the receipt after an order, the link to sign in, the reminder before a booking.
- Your own domain. Mail goes out from your address, for example orders@yourshop.no. The panel shows the DNS records to add, checks them and tells you when the domain is ready.
- One API call. Your site sends a short HTTP request with the recipient, subject and content. API keys are made per project, so one leaked key does not open the rest.
- Delivery you can see. Every email shows whether it was delivered, bounced or marked as spam.
- Bounces handled. Addresses that bounce hard are blocked automatically, so they do not hurt delivery for the rest.
- A team panel. Several people from your organization can sign in, with an audit log of who changed what.
- Content deleted after 30 days. Delivery records stay, so you can still see what was sent.
Mail plans.
Monthly subscription, billed in advance. Prices in NOK for Norway and in EUR for other countries, without VAT. Norwegian customers pay 25% MVA on top.

- Every plan has your own sending domains, API keys per project, delivery events and automatic blocking of bounced addresses.
- Over the plan in a month, sending continues for another 10% of the plan, then pauses until the next month. No extra charges.

How to start.

Create an account
Sign up with your work email. We check and activate each new organization, and email you when it is ready.

Add your domain
Copy the DNS records from the panel into your domain host. CMO Studio checks them and marks the domain as verified.

Make an API key
Give each website or app its own key, and put it in that project's server settings.

Send
Your site calls the API. Each email shows up in the panel with its delivery status.

Who is CMO Studio for?
Businesses and organizations that send email from their own website or app: shops, booking systems, member portals and SaaS products.
Can we send newsletters or cold email?
No. CMO Studio Mail is for transactional email to people who expect it. Cold outreach, purchased lists and spam are not allowed.
Where is our data?
CMO Studio runs on Microsoft Azure. The app runs in the Sweden Central region, and email is sent through Azure Communication Services with its data location in Europe. Email content is deleted after 30 days.
What happens if we send more than the plan?
Sending continues for another 10% of the plan, then pauses until the next month. There are no extra charges. We email you at 80% and at 100%.
Can we cancel?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel in the panel at any time. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month.
