Telegram bots for
members and staff.
Reminders, sign-ups, payments with Vipps, ratings after events and staff approvals in a group chat. We build bots that are linked to your member accounts.

What a bot can do.
A good bot does a few jobs well. These are the ones we build most.
Reminders
A reminder the day before an event, a message two hours before, and a renewal reminder seven days before a membership expires.
Sign-ups
Members answer “I will be there” or “I can’t make it”. A cancel frees the seat for someone else.
Payments with Vipps
The member picks a plan, accepts the terms and continues in Vipps. See Vipps integration.
Ratings after events
Thirty minutes after an event, the bot asks for a rating from 1 to 5 and a comment.
Staff approvals in a group chat
New applications go to the team group with an “Approve membership” button. The bot records who approved.
Linking to user accounts
Members link Telegram from the portal with one tap. Guests link after they register.
In production: Nordic Club UA
The bot Nordik.
Nordik (Нордік in Telegram) is the bot of Nordic Club UA. It speaks Ukrainian. It has the commands /events /pass /pay /invite /donate /help and /stop, and a menu keyboard. It sends these messages without anyone typing them:
- A reminder the day before, with “I will be there” and “I can’t make it”
- “Starting in 2 hours” with the ticket or pass
- A join button 5 minutes before an online event, and the online link on the day
- A rating from 1 to 5 thirty minutes after the event, then a comment
- The recording afterwards
- A renewal reminder 7 days before expiry
- A three-step welcome for new members
- Payment confirmations and a notice when a charge fails
Questions to the speaker go to the admin panel and the staff group.
A separate staff bot posts new membership applications to the team group with an “Approve membership” button. It records who approved.
We built the platform together with the NCUA team and Vasyl Kravchuk. We keep building it.
How a project runs.
- 01
Pick the jobs
We list what your members or customers ask for most and choose the jobs the bot takes over.
- 02
Design the conversations
Commands, buttons and automatic messages, in the language of your members. We also design what happens when someone taps twice or cancels.
- 03
Build, link and test
We connect the bot to your accounts and payments and test every message before members see it.
- 04
Go live and tune
We watch real use and adjust messages and timing.
Other channels.
Your team may work in Slack or Teams, and your customers may sit in a CRM. We can send notifications there and connect the systems. See Nordic integrations.
The bot is one part of a full member system. See how it fits into the membership platform we built with Nordic Club UA.
Questions we get.
Telegram or WhatsApp?
Use the app your people already open. NCUA's members are on Telegram, so we built there. WhatsApp is a different platform with its own rules and setup. Tell us where your people are and we say what fits.
Can a bot take payments?
Yes. In the NCUA bot, a member types /pay, picks a plan, accepts the terms and continues in Vipps.
What about data and privacy?
Member records stay in an EU database where a member can only read their own rows. Chat messages go through Telegram. Members link Telegram to their account with a one-time token.
Who can see the messages?
The member sees their own chat with the bot. Staff see the questions for a speaker and the new membership applications that the bot sends to the staff group.
Can it connect to our CRM?
Yes. The bot works from the same database as the member platform, and we connect it to other systems through integrations. HubSpot and monday.com are examples on our integrations page.
Want a bot your team can rely on?
Tell us what your members or customers ask for most. We will tell you what a bot can take over.
