A member platform with payment integration that saves the club 10 hours of admin a week.
Nordic Club UA is a business community in Norway with more than 400 people in its network and 50 paying members. In two months we built one platform for it. Members join, pay with Vipps, sign up for events and get reminders. The team spends 10 fewer hours a week on admin and bookkeeping, and that time now goes to growing the club.

What changed for the team.
Before
- The member list lived in Notion, and the site ran on a website builder
- Someone checked every payment by hand and marked it in the list
- Someone tracked who had to renew and wrote to each person
- Event lists were put together by hand, from forms and chats

- Members join and pay with Vipps. Memberships renew on their own
- Every payment is recorded in the system the moment it arrives

How long does it take?

We already have a website and a spreadsheet.
We start from what you have. At Nordic Club UA the member list came from Notion, and nobody had to sign up again. Old pages were moved to the new site with permanent redirects.
Is member data safe?
The member database runs in the EU. A member sees only their own data. A privacy policy and sales terms are part of the work.
Who keeps it running?
We do, if you want. The Nordic Club UA platform is live, and we keep building it.
Can volunteers use the admin panel?
Yes. Each person gets their own login, and every change is logged.
